A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, TRANSFERRING THE SUM OF
EIGHT THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED THIRTY -SIX AND N01100
DOLLARS FROM THE GENERAL FUND NO. 001 DEPARTMENT
012 TO THE PARK IMPROVEMENT FUND NO. 321 DEPARTMENT
012 FOR UNFORSEEN COST OVERRUNS FOR CONSTRUCTION
OF SEAVIEW PARK.
WHEREAS, it has come to the attention of the City since
the passage of the budget for the ca.lender year 1976, that
there were unforseen cost overruns for construction of
Seaview Park, and
WHEREAS, such an expense was not anticipated in the 1976
budget, now, therefore,
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is hereby transferred from General Fund
No. 001 Department 012 to the Park Improvement. Fund No. 321
Department 012 the sum of $8,736.00 for the payment of unforseen
cost overruns for construction of Seaview Park.
Section 2. The Finance Director is hereby instructed to
make the necessary transfer pursuant to Section 1 of this
Resolution.
