WHEREAS, a Petition signed by the owners of more than
two - thirds of the property abutting upon property dedicated
for purposes of ingress and egress located in the City of
Edmonds, Washington, being unnamed easements located in a
portion of the IOOF Cemetary, more particularly described as
set in Exhibit "A" attached hereto was filed witht he City
Clerk of the City of Edmonds for the vacation of the above
described property, who has returned a certification of
sufficiency, and
WHEREAS, the law requires a hearing on such Petition
and that the date of such hearing be fixed by Resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the City
Council of the City of Edmonds, that Tuesday, the 22nd day
of July, 1975, at the hour of 7:30 p.m. at the Edmonds Civic
Center, Edmonds, Washington, shall be fixed as the time and
place for the hearing and determination by the City Council
of said Petition.

That portion of the Access Easement granted to the
City of Edmonds under Snohomish County Auditor's
Fi.le No. 2314901, Volume 726, Page 518, located
within the following described property:
That portion of the Plat of the Annex to the I.O.O.F.
Cemetery as recorded in Volume 5 of Plats, Page 34,
Records of Snohomish County, Washington, described as
follows: Beginning at the southwest corner of said
plat, said corner also being the northwest corner of
the Plat of I.O.O.F. Cemetery; thence East 290.0 feet;
thence North, parallel with the west line of said Annex
Plat, 295.0 feet to the north line thereof; thence
West 290.0 feet; thence South along the west line 295.0
feet to the Point of Beginning.
