A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
• ADOPTING BICYCLE PATH STANDARDS AS GUIDELINES FOR
FUTURE CONSTRUCTION OF SAID PATHWAYS WITHIN SAID
¢ CITY.
WHEREAS, the City Council called a public hearing on a
regularly scheduled hearing night, and
WHEREAS, having therein determined the necessity for the
establishment of uniform guidelines for the construction of
bicycle paths within said city, and
WHEREAS, there is substantial diversity in the nature of
the improvements of the right -of -ways along which said path-
ways would be constructed, necessitating latitude in the con-
struction of s._'id pathways, now, therefore,
IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL' OF THE CITY OF

EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. There is hereby adopted as guidelines for
construction of bicycle paths, the standards as set forth and
depicted on Exhibits "A" through "F" attached hereto and
incorporated by this reference as if set forth in full.
