• WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Edmonds, Washing-
ton, proposes to vacate certain property dedicated for street
purposes, located in the City of Edmonds, County of Snohomish,
State of Washington, being that portion of 180th Street S. W.
lying within the N 1/2 of the N 1/2 of Section 18, Township 27
N., Range 4 E., described as follows:
That portion lying between the west line of
Tract 4, Edmonds Seaview Tracts according to
the plat thereof projected northerly and the
westerly right -of -way line of Olympic View
Drive at its intersection with the easterly
line of Tract 1.
WHEREAS, the law requires a public hearing on such proposal
and that the date of such hearing be fixed by Resolution,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that Tuesday, the
23rd day of April, 1974, at the hour of 7:30 p.m. at the Edmonds
Civic Center, Edmonds, Washington, shall be fixed as the time and
place for the hearing and determination by the City Council of
said proposal to vacate.
