• WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Edmonds, Washing-
ton, proposes to vacate certain property dedicated for street
purposes, located in the City of Edmonds, County of Snohomish,
State of Washington, being that portion of the NE 1/4 of the
NW 1/4 of Section 25, Township 27 N., Range 3 E., described as
follows:
The alley between 7th Avenue South and
8th Avenue South lying within Block 5
of the Kellogg Plat, as recorded in
records of Snohomish County, Washington.
WHEREAS, the law requires a public hearing on such proposal
and that the date of such hearing be fixed by Resolution,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that Tuesday, the
23rd day of April, 1974, at the hour of 7:30 p.m. at the Edmonds
Civic Center, Edmonds, Washington, shall be fixed as the time and
place for the hearing and determination by the City Council of
said proposal to vacate.
