CALL TO ORDEWCONVENE IN JURY MEETING ROOM
At 6:30 p.m., the City Council Special Meeting was called to order by Councilmember Fraley-
Monillas in the Council Chambers, 250 5th Avenue North, Edmonds.
2. EXECUTIVE SESSION TO DISCUSS COLLECTIVE BARGAINING PER RCW

The City Council then adjourned to the Jury Meeting Room in executive session to discuss
collective bargaining. The Mayor

At 7:00 p.m., Mayor Earling emerged to announce that the executive session would be extended
for an additional three minutes. The executive session concluded at 7:03 p.m.
