Resolution 310RESOLUTION NO. Z 0 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, CERTIFYING AS TO ADDITIONAL FUNDING BY THE CITY IN SUPPORT OF THE IMPROVEMENT OF 196TH STREET S.W. FROM 64TH AVENUE W. TO 81ST PLACE W. WHEREAS, the City of Edmonds is designated as a joint- interest • agency, and WHEREAS, the Urban Arterial Board has authorized Urban Arterial Trust Fund monies for the preliminary proposal for this project, and WHEREAS, the City of Lynnwood is now requesting allocation of Urban Arterial Trust Fund monies for construction of this project, and WHEREAS, sufficient Urban Arterial Trust Funds are not available for the full 90% participation such that the participation by the Trust Funds will be approximately 80 %, and WHEREAS, this Urban Arterial Board project is a joint project with the City of Lynnwood, Washington, now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, AS FOLLOWS: That the City of Edmonds will allocate additional funds estimated to be $48,000 for that portion of the project within the City of Edmonds in addition to the normal 10% City Participation, Urban Arterial Board participa- tion and Washington State Highway Department participation necessary to construct the project. These additional funds as indicated above will come from the Street Fund, the Arterial Street Fund or such other funds as the City shall make available. 0 RESOLVED this 16th of July, 1974, by the City Council of the City of Edmonds, Washington.
