A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCII. OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS,
,4ASHINGTON, STATING THEIR INTENTION TO PROVIDE MATCHING
FUNDS FOR THE SEAVIEW PARK IMPROVEMENT PROJECT UP TO AN
AMOUNT EQUAL TO 50% OF SAID PROJECT COST.
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the City Council to state its
intention to provide up to fifty percent (50 %) of the cost of the
proposed park improvement program for Seaview Park in order to obtain
Interagency Committee for Outdoor Recreation (IAC) matching funds, and
WHEREAS, it is the intention of the City to go forward with said
park improvement project, now, therefore;
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS,
WASHINGTON, AS FOLLOWS:
The City Council hereby states its intention to provide funds
for the Seaview Park Improvement Project up to fifty percent (50 %) of the
cost of said project, which has an estimated total project cost of One
Hundred and Thirty Thousand Dollars ($130,000).
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Director of Parks and Recreation
is directed to forward a copy of this resolution to the Interagency Committee
for Outdoor Recreation (IAC), together with the City's application for
matching funds.
