A RESOLUTTION BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
EDMONDS, WASHINGTON, RECOM14ENDING THAT THE JOINT
PLANNING COUNCIL BE DISSOLVED AND THAT THE FUNDS
`. OF SAID AGENCY BE TRANSFERRED TO THE SOUTH SNOHOMISH
COUNTY METRO MUNICIPALITY.
WHEREAS, the Joint Planning Council is without adequate
staff and funding, and
WHEREAS, said Joint Planning Council has in fact
ceased to function in the manner for which said Council was
originally created, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS,
WASHINGTON, AS FOLLOWS:
That the City of Edmonds, Washington, concurs, recommends
and directs that the Joint Planning Council be dissolved and that
all funds presently held by said agency to which the City of
Edmonds would be entitled upon dissolution of said agency, be
transferred to the South Snohomish County Metro Municipality.
