WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Edmonds,
Washington, proposes to vacate certain property dedicated
for street purposes, located in the City of Edmonds, County
of Snohomish, State of Washington, being an unnamed public
right-of-way in the vicinity of 238th St. S.W. and 80th Ave. W.,
more particularly described as follows:
The East 30 feet of Lot 2, Block 2, Fruitland
Acres to Lake Ballinger, according to Plat
thereof recorded in Volume 10 of Plats,
Page 47, records of Snohomish County, Washington.
WHEREAS, the law requires a public hearing on such
proposal and that the date of such hearing be fixed by
Resolution,
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that Tuesday, the
24th day of April, 1973, at the hour of 7:30 p.m. at the
Edmonds Civic Center, Edmonds, Washington, shall be fixed as the
time and place for the hearing and determination by the City
Council of said proposal to vacate.
