A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON,
TRANSFERRING CERTAIN SUMS FROM THE CONTINGENCY
FUND TO A GENERAL FUND, FIRE DEPARTMENT FOR
FIRE DEPARTMENT EQUIPMENT PURCHASES.
WHEREAS, at the time of passage of the budget of the City
of Edmonds for the year 1973, the extent of the cost of purchase
of additional equipment for the Fire Department could not be
ascertained and,
WHEREAS, certain equipment for the Fire Department has
now been delivered and accepted, now, therefore,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS, WASHINGTON NOW
RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
That.the Finance Director and the same is hereby directed
to transfer from the contingency fund number 619 the following
sums to the fund as set forth for the purchase of the equipment
for the Fire Department:
To the general fund, Fire Department (001-006)
$68,496.96.
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Edmonds,
September 4, 1973.
