A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EDMONDS APPROVING STREET GRADE
ELEVATIONS ON THE ROUTE OF SR 104 WITHIN
THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF EDMONDS.
WHEREAS, the State Department of Highways has presented
to the City of Edmonds a set of plans showing the proposed grade
elevations on the route of SR 104 within the corporate limits of the
City of Edmonds, and has requested approval of said grades, now
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED, that the grades as shown on Sheets 15 &
16 of 43 of the plans entitled SR 104 M. P. 25. 81 to M. P. 26. 47
5th Ave. in Edmonds to 100th Ave. W. and which bear the approval of
the Director of Highways dated the 19th of October, 1973, are hereby
approved.
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Edmonds
on this 20th day of November, 1973.
