At 5:00 p.m., the City Council Special Meeting was called to order by Mayor Earling in the Council
Chambers, 250 51h Avenue North, Edmonds.
2. ACTION ITEM
Motion to Adopt Ordinance No. 4094, Amending 2018 Budget Ordinance No. 4089,
adding $72,000 for 2018 Federal Lobbyist Services and $200,000 for Potential Open Space
Acquisition in 2018.
Scott James acknowledged the proposed ordinance before the City Council.
Council President Mesaros moved, seconded by Councilmember Fraley-Monillas, to
approve Ordinance No. 4094, amending 2018 Budget Ordinance No. 4089, adding $72,000
for the 2018 Federal Lobbyist services and $200,000 for potential open space purchase
during 2018. Motion approved unanimously.
Councilmember Fraley-Monillas moved, seconded by Councilmember Johnson, to add to the
CIP, on page 53 of the Council document, Miscellaneous, Open Space Land, the cost
breakdown of $200,000 for 2018. Motion approved unanimously.
