The meeting was called to order at 7:11 p.m. in the Police Training Room
City Wellness Ordinance
Ms. Hardie relayed the City participates in the Association of Washington Cities' (AWC's) Well -City
Award program. One of the 2018 Well -City Award requirements includes the approval of a Wellness
ordinance in support of the Employee Wellness Program no later than January 31, 2018.
Action: Schedule on Consent Agenda
2. Job Descriptions
Staff reviewed the following job descriptions:
• Senior Accountant — new position authorized in 2018 budget
• Associate Engineer — new position authorized in 2018 budget
• Cultural Arts Program Specialist — reclassification of existing Senior Office Specialist position
Staff responded to questions and discussion followed.
Action: Scheduled approval of job descriptions for the three positions on the Consent Agenda
