NOTICE OF FILING OF PRELIMINARY 2019 BUDGET & PUBLIC HEARINGS
Notice is hereby given that the Preliminary 2019 Budget for the City of Edmonds was filed with
the City Clerk on October 9, 2018. The City Clerk's Office will furnish a copy for viewing of the
2019 Preliminary Budget to any taxpayer who comes to City Hall to request it. The Edmonds
City Council received the Preliminary 2019 Budget at its Council Meeting on October 9, 2018.
PUBLIC HEARINGS to consider citizens' comments regarding the proposed 2019 Budget will
be held on November 20 and November 27, 2018. The PUBLIC HEARING on the proposed
2019 property tax levies will be held on November 20, 2018.
Scheduled Council meetings and Public Hearings on the 2019 Preliminary Budget and Revenue

• Tuesday, October 16, 2018 — Council review of the 2019 Proposed City Budget
• Tuesday, October 23, 2018 — Council review of the 2019 Proposed City Budget
• Monday, November 5, 2018 — Council review of the 2019 Proposed City Budget
■ Tuesday, November 13, 2018 — Council Review of the 2019 Proposed City Budget
• Tuesday, November 20, 2018 — Public Hearing on the 2018 Proposed City Budget; Public
Hearing and Adoption of the Property Tax Levy
• Tuesday, November 27, 2018 — Public Hearing and Adoption of the 2018 Proposed City
Budget
The 2019 Budget is scheduled for adoption at the Council Meeting of November 27, 2018, or if
necessary, at the Council Meeting of December 4, 2018. The 2019 property tax levies are
scheduled for adoption at the Council Meeting of November 20, 2018. All hearings will be held
in the Council Chamber of Edmonds Public Safety Complex, 250 5th Avenue N., Edmonds,
Washington. Council meetings are scheduled to start at 7:00 p.m. All interested persons are
encouraged to attend and provide oral and written comments at any of the hearings.
