BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City or Edmonds,
Washingtor.

limits, by making a fill ir. place of the bri ge at a point approxi-
mately three hundred (300) feet Lorth of the South City limits.
Also irstallirg the necessary culvert ur_der said fill, and doing
all other work necessary it correction therewith to make a complete
improvement, ac:;ardirg to plans and specifications to be prepared
by the City Engineer.
2• That all persoz,s who may desire to object thereto are
hereby notified to appear and present such objections at a meeting
of the City Council to be held in the Council chamber iz the City
Of Edmonds at eight' ck B.ui. , on the third day of Tay, 1927,
which time and plac� irs,,rixed for hearing all matters relating to
said improvement and aLl'objectiors thereto, and for determining
the method of payment for the improvement.
3. That the City Engineer shall submit to the City Council
at or prior to said date, all data and irformation required by
law to be submitted.
4. Thatthe cost aDd expense of such improvement shall be
borne by and assessed agairst the property liable therefor as
provided by law.
