Resolution 043 ARESOLUTIOr OF IVTE1.TIU LO. 43. (L.I.D.40) BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Edmonds, Washington: 1. That it is the irtentior of the City Council to order the improvement of Main Street from the West lire of the Great Forthern right-of-way to the center line of Third Street, by the laying of a Portland cement concrete pavement the full width thereof, and doing all other work necessary in connection there- with to make a complete improvement, according to plans and speci- fications to be prepared by the City Engineer. 2. That all persons who may desire to object thereto are hereby notified to appear ard. present such objections at a meet- irg of the City Council to be held it the Courcil,ehamber in the City of Edmonds at eight.(8) o'clock P.M., on the Fifth day of July, 1927, which time and place is hereby fixed for hearing all matters relating to said improvement and.all objections thereto and for determinirg the method of payment for the im- provement. 362 3. That vhe City Engineer shall submit to the City Council at or prior to said date, all data and irformation required by lair to be submitted. That- sixty (60) percent of the cost &Ld expense of such improvement shall be borne by and assessed against the property liable therefor as provided by law; the remaining forty (40) percent to be paid for out of the general fund of the City of Edmords.
