Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Edmonds,
Washington:
1. That it is the intention of the City Council to order
the improvement of Walnut Street in the City of Edmonds from
Fifth Street to Tenth Street, by clearing and grading to proper
grade a strip thirty (30) feet in width in the center of said
Walnut Street, makir_.g the necessary fills and doing all other
work necessary in connection therewith to make a complete im-
provement, accordirg to plars and specifications to be prepared
by the City Engineer.
2. That all persons who may desire to object thereto are
hereby notified to appear and present such objections at a meeting
of the City Council to be held in the Council chamber in the City
of Edmonds at eight o' cloek ?*M. , or the Fourth day of October,
1927, which time and place is hereby fixed for hearing all
matters relating to said improvement and all objections thereto
and for determining the method of payment for the improvement.
3. That the City Engineer shall submit to the City Council
at or prior to said date, all data and information required by law
to be submitted.
4. That the cost and expense of such improvemert shall be
borne by and assessed against the property liable therefor as
provided by last.
