RESOLUTIOL OF IITFZTIOL E-0.45. (L.I.D.43 )
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Edmonds,
Washington:
1. That it is the intention of the City Council to order the
improvement of Main Street from the end of the present pavement on
Fifth Street to the West line of L inth Street, by the construction
of a concrete pavement twelve (12) feet wide on each side of said
Street, extending from the outer gutter line, also all Street inter-
sections to be paved full width and extend on dross Streets to the
inner Sidewalk lines of Main Street, also the clearing, grading
and graveling of said Main Street from the West line of birth
Street East therefrom to the City limits, and doing all other work
necessary in correction therewith to make a complete improvement,
according to plans and.specifications to be prepared by the City
Engineer.
2• That all persons who may desire to object thereto are
hereby notified to appear and present such objections at a meeting
of the City Council to be held in the Council chamber in the City
of Edmonds at eight o'clock P.1. on the Sixth day of March, 1928,
which time and place is hereby -fixed for hearirg all giatters re-
lating to said improvement and all objections thereto and for
determining the method of payment for the improvement.
3. That the City Engireer shall submit to the City Council
at or prior to said date, all data and information required by
law to be submitted.
4. That the cost and expense of such improvement shall be
borne by and assessed agair:st the property liable therefor as
provided by law.
