Resolution 101RESOLUTION OF IITEL'TIOL L0.101. (L.I.D.47 ) A Resolution declaring the irtertior of the City Council of the City of Edmonds to improve the alley between.: Fourth Street and Fifth Street in said City, from a point Three Hundred Fifty (350) feet south of the center line of Daytor Street South a- long the center line of said Alley produced a distance of Seven Hundred Fifty (750) feet by the construction of an eight irch (8") eorcrete lateral Sewer, together with the necessary mar - holes, catch basir•s and other appurtenances necessary to make s complete improvement; creating ar_; assessment district; creating -a Local Improvemert District Fund therefor; providing that the payment for said improvement be made by special assessment on the property in said District under the mode of payment by Bonds for materials used, fixed estimate, and all other expenses, ex- cept cost of labor furnished by Federal Furds under the W2A plan of the Federal Government. Be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Edmonds; 1. That it is the intention of the City Council of the pity of Edmords, Washington, to improve the Alley between Fourth Street and Fifth Street in said City, from a point Three Hundred Fifty (350) feet South of the center line of Daytor Street South along the center line of said Alley produced a distance of Seven Hun- dred Fifty (750) feet by the construction thereon of an eight inch (8") concrete lateral Sewer together with the necessary manholes, catch basins, appurtenarces and all other work necessary to make a complete improvement. 2• That the cost and experse of all materials required to make a complete improvement, the fixed estimate and all other ex- penses of every kind, except cost of labor contributed by the Federal Government under WPA shall be made by special assessment; a Local Improvement District shall be established embracing as near as may be all the property specially benefited by such im- provement, and such specially benefited property shall be as- sessed to pay for the entire cost of such improvement, except the cost of labor furnished by the Federal Government under 'SPA. 3. All persors who may desire to object to the improvement herein mentioned are hereby notified to appear at the Council Chambers in the City Hall, in the City of Edmonds, Washington, at a meeting of the said Council or the Fifteenth day of Jure, 1937, at the hour of eight o'clock P.M., of said day, then and there to present their objections thereto, if any they have. 4. The City Ergireer of said City of Edmords is hereby di- rected to submit to the City Council at or prior to said Fifteenth day of Jure, 1937, the estimated cost and expense of the improve- ment, in this Resolution mentioned, and a statement of the 378 proportionate amount thereof which shall be borne by the property within_ the proposed Improvement Diistrict;and a statement of the aggregate assessed valuation of the real estate, exclusive of improvements within said proposed Improvement District according to the valuation last placed upon it for general taxatior_, to- gether with a diagram or print showing thereon the lots, tracts, or parcels of land and other property which will be specially berefited thereby, and the estimated amount of the cost and ex- pense of such improvemert to be borne by each lot, tract, parcel of land, or other property.
