ORDINANCE N0. 16.
An Ordinance relating to the official bonds of certain officers
in and for the Town of Edmonds, Snohomish County, State of Washing-
ton.
Be it ordained by the Council of the Town of Edmonds.
SECTION 1: That the following officers for the year 1892 shall
execute to the Town of Edmonds a good and sufficient bond with tvio PI'tel,
or more sureties, to the satisfaction of the Council, in the
faithful performance of their respective duties. Said bonds shall
be in the following amounts:

Town Clerk,- - - - - - - $500.00
t G,3Y'p3jEown Treasurer, ---1000.00

ToWn Marshal,- - - - 500.00
The said bonds to be approved by the Council.
SECTION 2: That the Ordinance shall take effect, and be in
force from and after its approval and publication.
-Passed by the common Council of the Town of Edmonds the
second day of February 1892.
