Ordinance 0017ORDI NANCE NO. 17 . An Ordinance establishing a base or datum line to which the grade of the Town of Edmonds, Snohomish County, State of Washington, shall be referred. Be it ordained by the Council of the Town of Edmonds. �. �3a4Z SECTION 1: That a base or datum line to which the grade of the Town of Edmonds shall be referred, is hereby established at an elevation of 40.11 feet above high tide, taking high tide as 100 feet. A sand stone four inches square with a hole in the middle, a box around it, and planted at the southeast corner of the Hotel Bishop, on Bell Street, being the initial point. SECTION 2:That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force, from and after its passage and publication. Passed by the common Council of the Town of Edmonds the second day of February 1892.
