An Ordinance creating a Board of Health for the Town of Edmonds.
Be it ordained by the Council of the Town of Edmonds.
We, �.'3 SECTIO.d 1; That the members of the Town Council of the Town of
Edtaonds and their successors in office are hereby declared to be
the Board of Health of said Town, and the members of said Board
-a shall, immediately after the passage of this Ordinance organize by
electing one of its members Chairman, and one Secretaty of said
Board, and said Board shall appoint some suitable person as health
officer of said Tovm.
�,Ki c'd SECTIOii 2: The Board of Health as herein organized shall be
governed by The provisions of Chapter Fifty Laws of 1893, passed
and approved March 7th, 1893.
SECTION 3; This Ordinance shall
after its passage and publication.
