Ordinance 00371 -3DINA.UCE yi0. 37. An Ordinance fixing the pay and compensation of the officers and employees of the Town of Edmonds, for the year 1894. Be it ordained by the Council of the Town of Edmonds. G SECTIO-d 1: That the pay and compensation of the officers and employees of the Town of Edmonds, for the year 1894, is hereby fixed and established as follows: 1. The To,,vn Clerk shall receive, as compensation for his ser- vices as such officer, a salary of eight dollars per month, pay- able monthly. on 2. The Town Marshall shall receive as compensation for his W},Di�'4' services, as such officer, a salary of Fifteen Dollars, payable monthly. Provided, that when performing the duties of Street Commissioner he shall receive in addition to such salary, the sum of one dollar and fifty cents per day, for each days, services actually rendered in said capacity. ��&O_Ioticer, 3. TheTown Treasurer shall receive as compensation as such the percent allowed by law. 4. The Town Attorney, or the legal advisor of said Town, shall receive the sum of two hundred dollars per year, payable. SECTIOS 2: All Ordinances and parts of Ordinances in conflict with any of the provisions of this Ordinance, are hereby repealed.
