An Ordinance fixing the amount of Bond of the Torn Treasurer
of the Town of Edmonds.
Be it ordained by the Council of the Town of Edmonds.
SECTIO.J 1: That the Town Treasurer of the Town of Edmonds
shall, before entering upon the duties of his office, take and
ubscribed the oath of office, and make and file with the Town
/9 Clerk, a Bond, in the penal sum of two thousand dollars, condi-
a tional as the law requires, with two or more good and solvent
P securities, to be approved by the town Council of the said Town
of Edmonds.
SECTIOii 2: All Ordinances and parts of Ordinances ih con-
flict with any of the provisions of this Ordinance, are hereby
repealed.
This Ordinance shall be in full force after its paasage and
publication.
