c4� An Ordinance fixing the amount of the Town Marshal's Bond of
the Town of Edmonds, for the year 1894.
Be it ordained by the Council of the Town of Edmonds.
��/ SECTIOli 1: That before the Town Marshal of the Town of Edmonds
shall enter upon the discharge of his official duties, he shall take
and subscribe the oath of office, and shall make and file in the
office of the Town Clerk, a Bond, in the penal sum of Five Hundredr'
Dollars with two o-r yore sureties, to be approved by the Town
Council, conditioned as the Ordinance of said Town, and the laws
of the State of Waghington require.
SECTIOv 2: All Ordinances and parts of Ordinances in conflict
with any of the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed,
and this Ordinance shall be in full force after its passage and
publication.
