An Ordinance levying a toll Tax for the year 1895.
Be it ordained by the Town Council of Edmonds.
SECTION 1: That for the year 1895, a street poll tax of two
dollars is hereby levied upon each male inhabitant of the said
Town of Edmonds, between the ages of twenty-one and fifty years.
SECTION 2: All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed. Passed by the Council the third day
of May 1895. C.T.Roscoe, Mayor.

The above Ordinance having been submitted to me for examina-
tion, and having duly examined the same, I hereby recommend that
