An Ordinance establishing the base or datum line to which the
grade of the Town of Edmonds shall be referred.
SECTION 1: The base or datum line to which the grade of the�]ali�lm
Town of Edmonds shall be referred, is hereby established at an el If
vation of forty and 11/100 (40.11 Et.) feet above high tide, -
taking high tide as 100 rt. A sandstone four inches square with a
hole in the middle, a box around it and planted at the Southeast
corner of the Hotel 33tevens on Bell Street being the initial point.
Passed by the Council this 19th day of July 1895.

Washington., do hereby certify that I have compared the foregoing
