Am Ordinance to assess and levy taxes for general Municipal
purposes for the year 1896.
Be it ordained by the Qourcil of the Town of Edmonds.
BECTIOU 1: That taxes for general Murieipal purposes for the /"-(j
year 1896, be and the same are hereby assessed and levied upon all/
property, real, personal and mixed subject to taxation by the Towr.
of Edmonds for the purposes specified in this Ordinance, at the
following rate namely:
k'or general Municipal purposes at the rate of eight (8) mills
for each and every dollar of assessed valuation of all property
within the Town of Edmonds.
Passed by the Council of the Towr of Edmonds this 16th day of
June 1896.
