Be it ordained by the Council of the Town of Edmonds.
SECTION 1: That Section 3 of an Ordinance to provide for the
fee for wholesale and retail liquor license be and the same is

hereby amended so as to read as follows:
WA"It( SECTIOE 2: The license fee for the sale of intoxicating
V.liquors by wholesale shall be at the rate of three hundred dollars
per annum. The license fee for the sale of intoxicating liquors
r(p by retail shall be at the rate of three hundred dollars per
annum.
All Ordinances conflicting with the provisions of this Ordi-
nance are hereby repealed.
