An Ordinance to assess and levy taxes for general and Mari-
cipal purposes for the year 1898.
Be it ordained by the Council of the Town of Edmonds.
SECTION 1: That the taxes for general and municipal purposes
for the year 1898 be, and the same are, hereby assessed and
levied upon all property, real, personal and mixed, subject to
taxation by the Town of Edmonds for the purposes specified in
this Ordinance at the following rate, namely:
For general Municipal purposes at the rate of six mills for
each and every dollar of assessed valuation of all property with-
in the Town of Edmonds.
