An Ordinance makirg it a misdemeanor for other than Railway
employees to get on and off moving trains.
Be it ordained by the Oouncil of the Towr of Edmonds.
j SECTI01I 1: That any person other that Railway employes who
shall be guilty of jumping on or off any moving Railway car, ergire,
or tender within the corporate limits T the Torr_ of Edmonds, shall
be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof be-
fore a police Justice of said Town- shall be pur_.ished by a fire of
i1�N"1 riot less than one dollar nor more thar ter. dollars, or by the im-
prisormer•t not exceeding three days or by both such fire and im
prisonment.
