An Ordinance making certain acts misdemeanors and providirg
punishmert for the violation of the provisions of this Ordinance.
Be it ordained by the Council of the Town of Edmonds.
SECTIOU 1: That it shall be unlawful for any person under
the age of fifteen . years to be or the streets, or alleys, or any bVg-�h���
lot or plat of ground within the corporate limits of the Town of
Edmonds, except where said person may reside, without a reasonable
excuse for their absence from home, after the hours of eight o'clock
from October first to April thirtieth, and from and after nine
o'clock from April thirtieth to October first.
SECTI01, 2: It shall be the duty of the Marshal of the Town of f al—
Edmonds to arrest any person or persons found in the act of violat-
ing the provisions of this Ordinance.
SECTIOE 3: Any person convicted under the provisions of this
act, shall be fired not less than_ five dollars and not more than ,))14

ten dollars, and imprisonment in the City jail not more than ten
days, or both, in the discretion of the Justice before whom they
are tried.
