An Ordinance amending Ordinance E:o.6 entitled, "inn Ordinance
to license, tax and regulate theatres, shows, exhibitions and
public amusements':
--The Council of the City of Edmor_ds do ordain as follows:
SECTIOE 1: That Ordinance Io.6 entitled "hr, Ordinance to C� �-76
license, tax and regulate theatres, shows, exhibitions and public:
amusemerts" be, and the same is hereby, amended to read as follows:
All Theatres, operas, concerts, shows, exhibitions and public
amusements hereafter conducted in the City of Edmor_ds, shall be
licensed and taxed at the followir_g rates,towit:
For circuses (exclusive of side shows) Fifty ($50.00) Do11F-rS4j'
per day. For side shows conducted with circus Ten (010.00) ,�
Dollars per day. For skating rink Ore Hur_dred ($100.00) Dolla s
per year, payable quarterly. For theatres, op--rf;corcerts, �y(�
shows, exhibitions, moving picture shows and 1= vaudeville
