An Ordinance approving plans, specifications and profile for
the improvement of Third Street and establishing the official
grade of said Third Street in the City of Edmonds.
The City Council of the City of Edmonds do ordain as follows:
SECTIOU 1: That the plans, specifications and profile for a
the improvement of Third Street, prepared by Ballinger & Hower, awl
Civil Engineer, under the direction of the City Council, now on
file in the office of the City Clerk, be, and the same are hereby,
approved.
SECTION 2: That the gutter grades of Third Street are hereby
established at the followirg elevations in feet above the level of
mean low tide in =°uget Sound at the foot of George Street in the ",W
City of Edmonds.
At the center line of George Street 61.00 feet.
At the center line of Dayton Street 50.80 feet.
At the South extension of Third Street 54.00 feet.
At the center line of Bell Street, 61.60 feet
At the center line of Edmonds Street, 62.00 feet.
At the center lire of Daley Street, 60.90 feet
SECTIOI, 3: That the profiles of said Third Street with the
grade. lire shown in red, and elevations marked on plan now on file
ir_ the office of the City Clerk, and prepared under the direction
of the City Council, by Ballinger & Hower, Civil Engineers, are
hereby declared official.
