Ar Ordinance providing for the appointment of a Health Officer �WOI
for the City of Edmords, and fixing his salary for the performance ' E
of the duties thereof.
The City Council of the City of Edmonds do ordain as follows: i
SECTION 1: The TYayor shall appoint a Health Officer of the S `
City of Edmonds whose duties shall be those prescribed by law and IqII;
the Ordinances of the City of Edmords, and such appointment shall
be confirmed by the Council in the manner provided by law.
SECTIOT 2: The sale of the Health Officer shall be the sum
( of One Hundred 150.00),,lglErs per annum, payable monthly at the
rate of Twelve and 50/100 Dollars each and every month.
SECTION 3: All Ordinances and parts of Ordinances in conflict
herewith is hereby repealed.
SECTION 4: This Ordinance shall take effect on and after its
approval by the Mayor and the publication hereof.
