An Ordinance amending Ordinance ho.215 entitled "An Ordinance
regulating the conduct of pool rooms and billiard halls in the City
of Edmonds, and prohibiting the owner, keeper, agent or manager
of such places from allowing or permitting any minor under the age
of twenty-one years, or any female of any age, from entering or
remaining in such pool room or billiard hall, and providing for
fines and penalties for the violation thereof".
The City Council of the City of Edmonds do ordain as follows:
�* SECTIOII 1: That Section 2 of Ordinance No.215, entitled "An
Qrdinance regulating the conduct of pool rooms d gu g, p 1 om an billiard halls
in the City of Edmonds, and prohibiting the owner, keeper, agent,
or manager of such places from allowing or permitting any minor
under the age of twenty-one or any female of any age, from enter-
ing or remaining in such pool room or billiard hall, and providing
for fines and penalties for a violation hereof,"be, and the same
is amended hereby, to read as follows:
SECTIOF 2: It shall he unlawful for any person, either as
�'Lowner, keener, agent or manager, in whole or in part, to keep any
pool room or billiard. hall open for business later than 11 o'clock
p.m., or to open the same earlier than 6 o'clock a.m. of any day.
SECTIOU 3: This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
by virtue of its passage and approval, and five days after its
publication.
