An Ordinance amending Ordinance 214 entitled, "An Ordinance
providing for the improvement of Third Street from the no
line
Of the Southwest Quarter (SW ) to the Southeast Quarter (SE4) of
the Southeast �-zarter (SE4) of Section Twenty three(23) Township
Twenty-seven (27), north Range Three (3) EWM.,South to the City
limits, and from the North side of George Street forth to the
City limits of said City, by grading, grubbing and cleaning, and
by the construction of sidewalks, curbs and gutters thereon bet-
ween the points named.
The City Council of the City of Edmonds do ordain as follows:
otol SECTION 1: That Sections 5 and 6 of Ordinance No.214, of the
Ordinances of the City of Edmords, Washington, entitled, " An Ordi-
ranee providing for the improvement of Third Street from the Borth
lire of the Southwest Quarter (SW) to the Southeast Quarter (SE4)
of the Southeast Quarter (SE4) of Section Twenty-three (23),Towr.-
ship Twenty-seven (27),1,1orth Range Three (3) East,WM.,South to the
City limits, and from the Forth side of George Street to the City
limits of said City, by grading, grubbing and clearing, and by
the construction of sidewalks, curbs and gutters thereon, between
the points named," be and the same are hereby amended toread as
follows:
��✓ SECTION 5: That there be and is hereby established a local
improvement district and designated as Local Improvement District
No.15, which shall include all the property hereinbefore described.
SECTI01, 6: That there be and is hereby established a local
improvement fund to be known as Local Improvement Fund l o.15 into
which all payments on assessments therein provided shall be paid.
SECTION 2: This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
by virtue of its passage, approval and publication as provided by
law.
