An Ordinance declaring it to be a misdemes.ror to resist ar �
rest, or to interfere with any-Karshal or Police Officer of the
City of Edmonds, when in the discharge of his duties.
/The City Council of the City of Edmonds do ordain as follows;
1ASECTIOL 1: Any person_ or persons who shall resist arrest
when lawfully made by any Marshal or other Police Officer of the
City of Edmonds, or who shall interfere with any such Police
Officer in the discharge of his duties, shall be guilty of a mis-
demeanor, and upon conviction shall be fined not more than. One
Hundred Dollars ($100.00) or imprisor_ed not more than thirty
days.
SECTIOF 2: This Ordinance shall be in force and effect
after its passage by the Council, and its publication in the
City Official Paper.
