ORDIFANCE EO. 261.
An Ordinance fixing the compensation of the City __Marshal,and
repealing all Ordinances and parts of Ordinances in conflict there-
with.
The City Council of the City of Edmonds do ordain as follows:

SECTION 1: The City Marshal shall receive for his services %�GG/'�`"
the sum of five ($5.00) dollars per month, payable quarterly and
in addition thereto such fees as are provided by law for serving
process.
SECTIOI,, 2: All Ordinances and parts of Ordinances in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTIOF 3: This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
by virtue of its passage and approval, and its publication in ac-
cordance with law.

1913.
