An Ordirar ce makir.-g it unlawful to stake cows, calves, goats,
or horses upon the streets and highways within_ the limilis of the
City of Ednords, ar_d providing a peralty for the violation thereof.
The City Council of the City of Edmonds do ordain as follows:

SECTIOL 1: It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or cor-
�oration tostake or tie for grazing ary cow, calf, goat or horse
apor the streets or highways within the limits of the City of Ed-
! mords .
• ��` SECTIOL 2: Ary person, firm or corporation violating the
rovisiors of Section One hereof, shall be deemed guilty of a
isdemearor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined rot more
Al y+ than Fifty Zollars or imprisoned not more than thirty (30) days.
SECTIOF 3; Thii Ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force from and after its passage.by the Council and approval by
the Mayor, and its publication in accordance with law.
