An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and as-
sessment roll of Local Ipprovement District ro.28 for the im-
provemert by lateral sewer from a point on the trunk sewer in
Dayton Street approximately one hundred twenty-eight (128) feet
West of Third Street, thence Southerly a distanze of four hundred
( 400 ) feet more or less, in the Oity of Edmor_ds , Snohomish County,
Washington, under Ordinance ro.335, and levying and assessing the

Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Edmonds:
SECTIO1 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Local
Improvement District Lo.28 for the improvement, by lateral sewer
from a point or the trunk sewer in Dayton Street, approximately
one hurdred twenty-eight ('128) feet qest of Third Street, thence
Southerly a distance of four hundred (400) feet more or less, all
in the City of Edmonds, Washington, by constructing sewers, to-
gether with the necessary appurtenances necessary for the proper
drainage of said district, under Ordinance L o.335, as the same
now stands, be and the same is hereby in all things approved
and confirmed.
SECT101 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land
and other property shown upon said roll is hereby declared to be
specially beref it e d by said improvement in at least the amount
charged egairst the same, and that the assessment appearing a-
gainst the same is it proportion to the several assessments ap-
pearir_g upon said roll. There is hereby levied and assessed a-
gainst each such lot, tract and parcel and other property app ear-
irg upor such roll the amount f irally charged against the same
thereon.
SECTIOL 3: That for the purpose of this improvement there
is hereby created and established a Special Fund to be called
Local Improvement Fund, District to-28.
S,ECTIM,' 4: This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force and effect from and after its passage by the City Council
of the City of Edmonds, its approval by the Mayor and its publi-
cation aocor ding to law.
Passed by the Uity Council of the City of Edmonds in regular
session this eighteenth day of July, 1922, and approved by me the
same date.
