Ordinance appr ovir.g and confirming the assessment and _ -
assessment roll of Local Improvement District I1o.31 for the im-
provement of the followirg sewer course from the man -hole on the
Trur-k Sewer in Dayton Street between Third Street and Fourth
Street, Southerly a distance of two hundred forty (240) feet,
under Ordir_arce ro.334, and levying and assessing the amounts
thereof against the several lots, tracts and parcels of ground
and other property as shown on said roll, and establishing a
Local Improveme t Fund.
Be it ordaired by the City Council of the City of Edmonds
as follows:
SECTION 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Local
Improvemert District ro.31, for the improvement of the following
described sewer course from the man -hole on the Trunk Sewer in
Dayton Street, between Third Street and Fourth Street, southerly
a distance of two hundred forty ( 240 ) feet, all in the City of
Eamords, 'Nashington, by cor_structirg sewers thereon, together
with appurtenances necessary for the proper se�:erage and drain-
age of said District under Ordinance Fo.334 be, and the same row
is, hereby in all things approved and confirmed.
SECTI01 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of
land and other property shown upon said roll is hereby declared
to be specially benefited by said improvement, in at least the
amount charged agairst the same, and that the assessment appearing
against the same is it proportion to the several assessments ap-
pearing upon said roll.
There is hereby levied agairst each such lot, tract or par-
cel of land and other property appearing upor said roll, the
amount finally charged against the same thereon.
SECTIOL, 3: That for the purpose of this improvement, there
is hereby created and established a special fund to be krowr as

SECTIOI 4; Thils Ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force and effect from and after its passage by the City Council
of the City of Edmonds, its approval by the mayor, and -its publi-
cation according to law.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Edmonds this 21st
day of I ovember, 1922, and approved by me the same date.
