An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and as-
sessment roll of Local Improvement District No.32 for the improve-
ment of the following sewer course, from a point on the Trunk
Sewer in Dayton Street approximately one hundred,twerty-eight (128)
feet west of Third Street, Southerly a distance of four hundred
(400) feet more or less, under Ordinance Fo.335, and levying and
assessing the amourts thereof against the several lots, tracts,
and parcels of ground and other property as shown on said roll,
and establishing a Local Improvement Fund.
Be it ordained by the -City Council of the City of Edmonds as
follows:
SECTIOE 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Local
Improvement District Eo.32, for the improvement of the following
described sewer course from a point on the Trunk Sewer in Dayton
Street approximately one hundred twenty-eight (128) feet blest of
Third Street, Southerly a distance of -four hundred (400) feetmore
or less, all in the City of Edmonds, Washington, by constructing
sewers thereon, together with appurtenances necessary for the
proper sewerage and drainage of said district under Ordinance N o.
335, be, and the same now is, hereby in all things approved and
c onf irmed.

SECTION 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of
land and other property shown upon said roll is hereby declared
to be specially benifited by said improvement, in at least the -
amount charged against the same, and that the assessment appear-
ing against the same is is proportion to the several assessments
appearing upon said roll. There is hereby levied against each
such lot, tract or parcel of land and other property appearing
upon said roll, the amount finally charged against the same
thereon.
SECTIOI: 3; That for the purpose of this improvement, there
is hereby created and established a special fund to be known as
Local Improvement Fund, District ho.32.
SECTION 4; This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force and effect from and after its passage by the City Council
of the City of Edmonds, its appproval by the Mayor, and its publi-
cation according to law.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Edmonds this 21st
day of lvovember, 1922, and approved by me the same date.
