An Ordinance approving and confirming the reassessment and re-
assessment roll of Local Improvement District Lo.30 for the im-
provement of Alley in Block "H", from Fourth Street to Sixth Street;
also Fourth Street from Edmonds Street to Alley in Block "H" in the
City of Edmonds, Washington, under Ordinance Do.325 and levying
and assessing the amounts thereof, against the several Lots,Tracts,
and parcels of land and other property, as shown on said roll,
and establishing a local Improvement Fund.
Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Edmonds:
SECTIOF 1: That the re -assessment and re -assessment roll of
Local Improvement District ho. 30 for the improvement of Alley in
Block "H" from Fourth Street to Sixth Street; also Fourth Street
from Edmonds Street to Alley in Block "H", all in the City of
Edmonds, Washington, by constructing sewers, together with the
necessary appurtenances necessary for the proper drainage of said
District under Ordinance Lo.325, as the same now stands be, and
the same is, hereby in all things approved and confirmed.
SECTIOL:2: That each of the Lots, Tracts, and parcels of
land and other property shown upon said roll is hereby declared
to be specially benefited by said improvement in at least the
amount charged against the same, and that the assessment appear-
ing against the same upon the said re -assessment roll is in pro-
portion to the several re -assessments appearing upon said roll.
There is hereby levied and re -assessed against each such lot,
tract and parcel of ground and other property appearing upon such
re -assessment roll the amount finally charged against the same
thereon.
SECTIOV 3: That for the purpose of this improvement there
is hereby created and established a special Fund to be known as
Local Improvement Fund District No.30.
SECTION 4: This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force and effect from and after its passage by the -City Gouncil
of the City of Edmonds, its approval by the Mayor, ard its publi-
cation according to law.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Edmonds, in regu-
lar session this December 19th, 1922.
