An Ordinance prmhibitirl-- poultry from running at large within
the City of Edmonds, and providing a penalty for the violation
thereof.
,�, The City Council of the City of Edmonds do ordain as follows:
po'`" -VU1V'- VSECTIOE 1: That it shall be unlawful for any person or per -
sore to wilfully allow, or permit, poultry to run at large, within
,r �W j the limits of the City of Edmonds.
i`"'SECTIOII 2: Any person violating the provisions of this Ordi-
nance shall be fined in any sum not exceeding Ten ($10.00) Dollars,
Y or by imprisonmert in the City jail for a term of not to exceed
One (1) day.
SECTION 3: Any Ordinance of the City of Edmonds in conflict
herewith is hereby e3Fpressly repealed.
SECTIOr 4: This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full
force and effect from and after its passage by the City Council
of the City of Edmonds, in regular session, its approval by the
