An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and as-
sessmert roll of Local Improvement District No.34, for the im-
provemert of Sixth Street it the City of Edmonds, from Walnut
Street to the forth side of the High School Tract, by the con-
struction along the West side thereof a five-foot concrete side-
walk and corcrete cross -walks, and concrete curb and gutter at
corners, together with the necessary filling and grading and such
other work that may be reeessary in connection therewith, levying
an assessment on account thereof against the several lots, tracts,
and parcels of land as shown or, said roll, providing for the
issuance of Bonds therefor and fixing the date for the issuance
thereof.

The City of Edmonds does ordain:
SECTIOP 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Local
Improvement District I o.34 for the improvement of Sixth Street in
the City of Edmonds, from Walnut Street to the Borth side of the
High Sohool Tract, by the construction along the best side thereof
a five-foot concrete sidewalk and concrete cross -walks, and con-
crete curbs and gutters at corners, together with the necessary
filling and grading and such other work that may be necessary
in connection therewith, be, and the some is, hereby in all things
approved and confirmed.
SECTIOB 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land,
or other property shown on said roll, is hereby declared to be
specially benefited by said improvement, in at least the amount
charged against the same, and that the assessment appearing against
the same is in proportion to the several assessmeLts appearing
upon said roll, and there is hereby levied an assessment against
each lot, tract and parcel of land and other property appearing
upon said roll the amount finally charged against the same there-
on.
SECTIU 3: That the twenty-fifth (26th) day of January,
19240 is hereby fixed as the date of the issuance of the Bonds
required to be issued on account of said improvement.
