An Ordinance approving and confirming the assessment and asesss-
mert roll of Local Improvement District Io.36 for the improvement
of the Iorth side of Dayton Street in the City of Edmor_ds, from the
East line of Third Street to the West line of Seventh Street by the
construction thereon of a five-foot concrete sidewalk, concrete
cross -walks and doing all other work necessary in connection there-
with to make a complete improvement under Ordinance lo.367 of the
City of Edmonds, levying an assessment on account thereof against
the several -lots, tracts and parcels of land as shown on said roll,
providing for the issuance of Bonds therefor and fixing the date
of the issuance thereof.
The City of Edmonds does ordain:
SECTIOI, 1:That the assessment and assessment roll of Local Im-
provemert District ho.36 for the improvement of the Borth side of
Da,ytor Street in the City of Edmonds, from the East line of Third
Street to the West lire of Seventh Street, by the construction
thereor of a. five-foot concrete sidewalk, concrete cross -walks and
doing such other work necessary in connection therewith to make
a complete improvement under Ordinance Lo.367 of the City of Ed-
monds as the same now stands be, and the same is, hereby in all
things approved and confirmed.
SECTI01' 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of land
or other property shown on said roll is hereby declared to be
specially benefited by said improvement in at least the amount
charged against the same, and that the assessment appearing against
the same is in proportion to the several assessments appearing
upon said roll and there is hereby levied an assessment against
each lot, tract ard parcel of land and other property appearing
upon said roll, the amount firally charged against the same thereon.
SECTIOL 3: That the twenty-ninth day of June, 1926, is here-
by fixed as the date of the issuance of the Bonds required to be

issued or account of said improvements.
SECTIO1: 4: The City of Edmords may sell said Bonds and make
payments in cash ir'the manner provided by the Ordinarces of said
City.
