Am Ordinance approvirg and corfirmirg the assessment and as-
sessmert roll of Local Improvement District LO-38, for the im-
provement of the alley in Block 96 in the City of Edmonds from
Sixth Street to Seventh Street by laying a lateral Seater system
therein_,, Frd doing all other work necessary it correction there-
with to make a complete improvement, under Ordinance Lo.382, of
the City of Edmonds, levying an assessment or account thereof
agair_st the several lots, tracts and parcels of land,as shown or
said roll, providing for the issuance of Bonds therefor and fixing
the date of the issuance thereof.
The City of Edmonds does ordair:
SECTI01 1: That the assessment and assessment roll of Local
Improvement District r o.38, for the improvement of the Alley it
Block 96 it the City of Edmonds from Sixth Street to Seventh
Street by laying a lateral Sewer therein, and doirg all other
work necessary in cornectior therewith to make a complete im-
provement unde Ordiraree F o.382 of the City of Edmonds as the
same row starde'ard the same is, hereby it all thipgs approved
and confirmed.
SECTIOT, 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of
lard or other property showr_r or said roll is hereby declared
to be specially benefited by said improvement in at least the
amount charged against the same, and that the assessment appearing

agairst the same is in proportion: to the several assessmerts ap-
pearing upon said roll and there is hereby levied an assessment
agairst each lot, tract and parcel of _lard and other property
uppearirg upor said roll, the amourt finally charged agairst
the same, thereor.
