6r. Ordirarce approving and corfirmirg the assessment and as-
sessmert roll of Local Improvemert District L0.41, for the im-
provement of Seventh Street, from the end of the existing Sewer
it Block 98, Plat of the City of Edmonds to Kair Street; Mair
Street from Severth Street to Eighth Street by the irstallatioa
of ar eight -inch lateral Sewer System, together with recessery-
man-holes, catch basics and other appurterarces recessary to make
a complete improvemert order Ordireroe Lo.393, of the City of
Edmonds, levyirg ar assessment on accourt thereof agairst the
several lots, tracts, and parcels of lard as shown or said roll,
providirg for the issuarce of Bonds therefor Urd fixing the date
of the issuarce thereof.
The City of Edmonds does ordair:
SECTIOT: 1: That the assessmert and assessmert roll of Local
Improvemert District 10.41 for the improvemert of Severth Street,
from the ezd of the exi$tirg Sewer it Block 98, Plat of the City
of Edmorda, to Msir Street; Mair. Street from Severth Street to
Eighth Street, by the irstallatior of ar eight-irch lateral sewer

system, together with necessary man -holes, catch basics and other
appurtenaroes necessary to make a complete improvement under Or-
dinance Fo.393 of the City of Edmonds, as the same row stands be,
and the same is hereby.ir all thitge approved and confirmed.
SECTION 2: That each of the lots, tracts and parcels of
lard or other property shown or said roll is hereby declared to
be specially benefited by said improvement in at least the a-
mouart charged against the same and that the assessment appear-
ing against the same is in proportion to the several assessments
appearing upon said roll and there is hereby levied an assessment
against each lot, tract and parcel of land and other property
appearing upon said roll the amount finally charged against the
same thereon. '
SECTIOI 3: That the Fifteenth day of lurch, 1928, is hereby
fixed as the date of the issuance of the Bonds required to be
issued on account of said improvement.
SECTIOF 4: The City of Edmonds may sell said Bords and
make paymert in cash it the marrer provided by the Ordinances of
said City.
